Yes,cold, gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Air-dry flat. No bleach, tumble-dry, or high heat.

• Keep it dry between uses to prevent mush. Use a draining soap dish (slats or raised ridges); never leave the bar in standing water.
• Keep unused soap bars away from direct spray/steam
• Quick rinseof the bar at the end to remove excess surface bubbles, then let it dry fully.
• Optionally cut large bars. Use half at a time and rotate pieces so each has time to dry.

We print our products in PLA

• Keep away from heat: Don’t leave in hot cars, near heaters, or in direct sun for long periods – PLA can soften/warp (~55–65 °C).
• Avoid prolonged sunlight: UV can make colors fade and plastic brittle; store out of direct sun when not in use.
• Clean gently: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry well. No dishwasher, boiling water, or harsh chemicals/solvents.
• Don’t force it: Prints are strong but not indestructible – avoid bending or twisting joints past their natural stop.
• Not food-safe: Do not use with food or as chew toys

For everyday messes

• Spot clean with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap. Dab gently, then air dry flat, lay the toy on a dry towel on a flat surface, reshaped and supported. Don’t hang or tumble-dry; keep away from direct sun/heat.

Can I do a deep clean

• If needed, use a cool hand wash. Rinse, press in a towel (don’t wring), reshape, then air dry flat.

Can I use heat (dryer, iron, heater, hairdryer)?

• No, heat can distort stuffing, loosen glue, soften/warp the acrylic yarn, high heat can melt and fuse the yarn.

How do I handle stains?

• Test a hidden spot first. Use mild soap or a delicates stain remover, dab (don’t scrub), rinse lightly, then air dry flat.

It lost its shape

• While the toy is damp, gently massage and nudge the stuffing so lumps even out and the silhouette looks right

Each piece is handmade/small-batch, so minor variations in color and finish are normal, and part of the charm.

• 3D printing: colorful PLA filament from trusted local suppliers.

• Soap: virgin glycerine base and cosmetic-grade scents and steam distilled essential oils from South African soap suppliers.

• Crochet: soft acrylic (and select cotton) yarn from local stockists.
  Everything is chosen for consistency and quality, so your pieces look great and last.

• For external use only; avoid eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
• Perform a patch test on the inner arm; wait 24 hours. Stop use if redness or itching appears.
• For broken, or eczema-prone skin, choose unscented.
• Some citrus essential oils (lemongrass, Melissa) may increase sun sensitivity – rinse well and use sunscreen as precaution.
• If soap gets in eyes, rinse with clean water for several minutes.
• During pregnancy/breastfeeding, prefer lightly scented (Lavender, Ocean Mist) or unscented bars if you’re scent-sensitive.

If the toy has safety eyes or small parts, no(choking hazard). Ask for an embroidered-eyes option for toddlers. assume all products aren’t suitable for under 3’s unless specifically stated so in the product description.

Fidgets and keychains may have small parts. Recommended ages 6+ with supervision.

• Our soaps aren’t suitable for children under 3. For ages 3–5, we recommend unscented bars. From age 6+, our scented bars (usually 0.7–1.0% total fragrance/essential oil) are appropriate when used as a rinse-off product and with adult supervision, avoid face/eyes, and patch-test before first use.
